TRAINING FOR THOSE WHO DON'T HAVE TIME TO TRAIN!

  How many times have we thought that we were dying to train and Lifeguard Certification and in the end we haven't even gone to the pool? The truth is that too often motivation is not enough if we lack time.

Now, how is it possible that 24 hours is not enough? Most likely, if we can't find an hour a day to train, it's because we have other priorities or because we don't organize ourselves well.

Hasn't it happened to you that, with your bag ready to go to the pool, you sat down to read the news on your phone and ended up staying at home? Or that you are parking next to the gym and you are more tempted to go to eat with friends? Don't worry. The day goes a long way with a few small adjustments!

Set the alarm clock earlier

It takes a lot of willpower to get up earlier, but morning training will give you more free time after work.

Getting up for a training session may seem too hard at first. You even run the risk of deciding to stay in bed instead of starting the day torturing yourself in the water. But yes, once you value it and complete your routine, the day starts differently and the motivation comes to you in abundance.

Swim in the company of your friends

Sometimes being faithful to our plans is not enough. We are very good at lying to ourselves and finding excuses. What is already more difficult for us, for example, is missing a training session if we have arranged to meet our teammates

Knowing that your friends are waiting for you at the pool gives you the push you need to go work out instead of curling up on the couch with American Lifeguard Association Miami.

Be optimistic!

If the thought of getting in the water early gives you goosebumps, think positive. It only takes 60 minutes out of a total of 24 hours to inject a dose of endorphins and stay in shape!
